Self-doubt is something most everyone feels at one point or another, and for many, it is an on-going struggle, or a feeling that comes and goes. Whether you've completely mastered this area, or you struggle at a 1, a 10, or anything in between, we think you'll appreciate this engagement. Self-doubt is something few talk about yet most experience. And with that, many who are struggling feel; isolated, not enough, unworthy, (insert a range of all different emotions that don't feel great here), or like it is "just them". Which only makes it worse. (I've been there!) The purpose of this Zoom is to show just how many people, from all walks of life, different backgrounds, ranging socioeconomic status, various life stages and professional titles, have all experienced a similar feeling - AND to share what we do when we feel it, how to overcome it in the moment and long term, and to find what is true - which is that WE ALL MATTER! We all have gifts, talents, abilities that are not only necessary to the world - they enhance the world! 

By showing up, we inspire, and we are inspired!
